It is a noodle bar in a shopping centre called Whiteleys, located in Bayswater, London. Our aim was to create an endless cavern with bamboos. In contrast to our Great Bamboo Wall in China, where we used the bamboos vertically, in this project the bamboos are horizontal in order to make a section of the cavern.
