There are five different types of lighting, each supplying functionality and specific needs. We will show each of them explaining their characteristics.

The ambient lighting refers to the general lighting of a room, illuminated the entire volume. This light can be created by sconces, ceiling lights and halogen lamps. The most effective is to multiply and diversify the points of light placed several lamps in the room. In this way we feel more comfortable and save energy because they do not always need the same light intensity.

The task lighting is to be limited to a specific location: the dining room table, the head of the bed, the desk, etc… It is therefore an additional light that is directed towards a specific point of the room and other places in shade leaves.

Functional lighting that adapts to the activities of the house: kitchen, bathroom, etc… We also use in hallways and stairs . It is a rare type of light that is aesthetic but has a functional role of comfort and safety.

And finally we have the lights that create a vivid light on the move. In this light it is also called kinetic lighting. Examples will give us light candles or even fire in the fireplace. Usually a weaker light than the other types, but is a warmer light, conveying different feelings to others.
